Great location, rooms and host. Especially welcome the AC in the 30degC late September heat! The only criticism is that the bathrooms are a bit small, but this is more than made up for by the quality of everything else. Great location is nice part of Rome, within easy reach of local bars and restaurants, and the metro to get to the more central parts. Highly recommended/
Amazing and quiet location for a tourist, 20 minute walking distance to Vatican, the metro is within 5 minutes walking distance, and it takes you to all the top places in Rome. The rooms are very clean, i felt almost like a local while i was there it had that sentiment of home, im sure to comeback when il visit Rome again
I would give negative stars if I could. I had a whole trip planned but was given extremely short notice that check in was going to end at 3pm. I changed my schedule and tried to accommodate this sudden change, but was unable to make it before that time due to a far travel distance. On the website, check in is said to end at 7pm, and I would have been able to come well before that time, just not before 3pm. However, the staff did not accommodate my schedule and refused to even waive the cancellation fee, even though this was the hotel’s fault. I should have been notified of this more than a week in advance so that I could accommodate the schedule, not one day before. And now I have to pay the penalty for their mistake. I recommend not to come to this hotel. They will not accommodate you or be understanding.
