no water in the room, tasteless breakfasts, no soundproofing, uncomfortable beds. overall, everything is done extremely cheaply
Staying at this hotel was the worst experience I’ve had in Spain. The reception was unhelpful—there was no assistance offered for any kind of service. The rooms were poorly maintained and not clean, with low ceilings that created a claustrophobic atmosphere, almost like being in a cave. Basic amenities were missing: no waste bin, no tissues, and not even a small toothpaste—something that is standard in hotels around the world. I had originally planned to stay for four nights, but I could barely make it through two—without even being able to sleep properly. Honestly, I have no idea how this hotel holds a four-star rating—it hardly qualifies as a place to stay.
