Intelier Rosella Hotel by Intelier Hotels & Suites

We stayed here for 5 days for my birthday. We are local to the area and wanted a little break! The rooms were lovely so big and clean, the hotel is great, the staff are all really helpful and the swimming pool area and pool was perfect. I love the gardens with the flowers such a beautiful spot. I had a massage with isaiah in her wellness centre, wow it was amazing a full body relax massage, absolutely perfect. Definitely recommend! We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Rossella on Mallorca! As a family with two kids, everything was absolutely perfect for us. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a nice balcony. The hotel staff were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming — they made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was varied and delicious, with something for everyone, even our picky eaters. We especially appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere — the pool was a hit with the kids, and the location was ideal: close to the beach, shops, and activities, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night’s sleep. This was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable vacations we’ve had. We would definitely recommend Hotel Rossella to other families and we’re already looking forward to coming back!

I have had the most utterly horrendous time at this hotel. Please read the reasons below. 1. Food. The food was simply a 1/10. The sausage was uncooked. The chef is a novice. Could have made me have food poisoning. Secondly, the literal tacos were cold, the meat was cold! Finally, they served expired milk to me. Disgusting. 2. Service. The service -if I put it into a 1 to 10- will go into negatives. Firstly, I could notice that they had a clear shortage of staff, secondly, they just seemed so uninterested. Also, I arrived at the hotel at 5 P.M. local time, and my room was not ready! 3. Not worth the 4*. This hotel should be a 3.7 at most. I don't know who in their right mind would give this 5*. As I said before, the cook is pants. The sausage was red! Also, they said free ice cream, but you had to pay! The reason why I am giving this repulsive resort 2 stars is that they have a nature trail nearby and 2 beaches nearby. I got deceived by this place. But for you reading, DO NOT come to this hotel, ever! If you have dinner/supper/tea, prepare to have food poisoning. Breakfast was fairly fine. To wrap it up, I think you should go to other hotels. There is a 5 star hotel 10 minutes walk away and a waterslide hotel 15 minutes drive. BEWARE! I got stuck (accidently) on the balcony. I will not go into detail, but do not close the door when you are on the balcony. Or, you will be ignored by the uncaring bar person when he clearly hears your distress calls.
