Booked here for a 5 day trip and I’m glad we did. I’m convinced this area is the locals hang out spot haha. This block has restaurant/bar/pubs that would operate until almost morning. It was great because it gave my friends and I more things to do when getting back from our Seoul adventures. The service was great! 4 stars for the rms because the beds are stiff/firm, but it wasn’t an issue for me as we were out most of the time.

- Pros: (1) Good location, (2) Clean room, (3) Free parking, (4) Washing machine in the room, (5) Complimentary luggage storage service. - Cons: (1) HVAC system (heating and cooling system): When the temperature is set, the machine keeps running without rest and continuously blows air, which often causes a sore throat in winter season. (2) The number of changes for free parking registration is limited to only once, regardless of whether you are a short-term or long-term resident. As a result, long-term customers who rent cars may not be able to use the free parking, once replaced.

i stayed at this hotel for 3 guests last week for 9 nights. pros: • affordable ($650+ when i booked it) • lobby has a kiosk where you can buy and/or refill your wow pass + do foreign currency exchange to Korean won in cash • close to the line 5 train station (4 min walk) • not a loud area, even though there’s chicken and beer restaurants across the street that don’t close till 3 am • cu right across the street • soap, shampoo, and conditioner were provided • bathroom was provided with a few bath towels and hand towels, also 2 water bottles were provided in the fridge — everyday the staff will leave a bag of new towels and water bottles in front of your door • washing machine • water boiler and microwave • stove • coat hanger cons: • bed wasn’t that comfortable • the steps that go up to the bed loft can be somewhat dangerous, the stairs don’t have a railing • the ceiling on the bed loft is kind of low so you have to be careful to not bump your head • washing machine doesn’t have a drying function, so if you wash the clothes you have to hang dry them somewhere • the hotel only provides you with 4 hangers in the closet which wasn’t enough for me and my family, so we had to hang the rest of the wet damp clothes on the bed loft side railing and on the empty loft space — due to barely any air circulation in the room, some of the clothes weren’t 100% dry and they would end up smelling like rags • only provides you with 3 rolls of toilet paper which don’t last that long due to their thickness, you have to go downstairs/call the lobby to ask for more • tv was confusing to use at first, you have to switch to hdmi 2 and press some kind of button in the side — the controllers and washing machine are only in Korean so make sure you have a translation app! • the air conditioner is kinda weird, it’s not an air conditioner per say more like a fan/heater and it was confusing to use and didn’t cool the room at all honestly — when the weather was hot the room was stuffy and humid, all you could do was open the window slightly but it doesn’t do much • shower has a really small glass divider it’s not enough to block the water from coming out — there’s also no separation between the shower and bath so expect your whole floor to be wet • the bathroom sink water would overflow and took forever to go down the drain, had to resort to brushing my teeth/washing my face + hands in the kitchen sink • the main cable plugin port was disconnected from the wall so every time i would try to plug my chargers in it would fall out conclusion: a decent hotel for the price but next time i would stay elsewhere
