good food good sevice nice staff room view was okay. Overall best available!!|Service at frontdesk, good although some amenminities asked for upfront were forgotten, they fixed this ASAP|Rooms ready and very good|Pool, very good, breakfast included also nice!|For a country as Venezuela in the situation it is, at the Intercontinental not much was noticeable of it|Great Job!

We encountered some challenges during our stay at the Inter Maracaibo, which were not within the direct control of the hotel. However, I must commend the manager for their excellent handling of these issues. The service provided by the staff was truly outstanding, particularly the front desk managers who went above and beyond to ensure a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Our room was beautifully appointed and added to the overall positive experience. Once more, I extend my gratitude for the exceptional level of customer service extended by all, and I sincerely thank you.

This places used to be really good. Now it is horrible. We went to eat and basically we got stolen. First we asked for a parrilla ( like a barbecue) which supposed to have beef and it did not have it. We complain and the said sorry we forget the beef. By the way it took forever to get the food in an empty restaurant. We asked for prices and they changed the prices at the end they say sorry these got confused those are old prices after we eat. We supposed to pay $25 for a parrilla then it went up to 28 ( which the guy even wrote it down) and at the end they charged us $35. In addition they add an extra drink we did not order they removed that one because we notice it, and much more. Basically trying to get money from everywhere. Really bad experience, don’t go there unless you want to ruin your day.
