A very adequate hotel, this was my first trip to Brasilia so I kept an open mind. The food at the restaurant was served just a little warmer than ambient temperature, for the breakfast buffet and for a lunch that we ate there. Room service was good and the food was hotter than in the restaurant. The room cleaning needed to be a little more thorough especially changing the sheets.
This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The room was dirty and full of mold in the bathroom. They moved us to a different room and also had mold in it. The service was terrible also there’s no way that this is a 4 star hotel. I’ll definitely never come back.
We arrived at 11pm and the “restaurant” was closed so we got a very cheap food bag which was not tailored to food restrictions or allergies. Breakfast is only served after 6 am and not even a coffee is available before that. The bed sheets were stained and there was not soap in the bathroom. I do not recommend this very bad experience for anyone.
