Intercity Curitiba Centro Cívico

Very nice hotel! The staff was incredible, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was clean, and the location was perfect. The gym was also a great bonus! I had a fantastic stay, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be staying here again next time I visit Curitiba!

The hotel is quite new - it' s open for 9 months - even so it's well organized, has comfy and clean suits and a very nice breakfast. However, there is a thing that displeased me and my husband greatly. We arrived at the hotel with a rented high end car because we came from far away and wanted to have a good time traveling. We noticed that on our first night was added a few minutes of use to the car while we slept and that on our second and last night there were kilometers added.... We didn't complain at the front desk but I still wonder what would have happened If they had hit the car or touched the things we left inside the vehicle. Even so we would stay there again as long as we could stay with the car keys next time.

I stayed two nights with my wife and daughter and we could NOT sleep due to the aircon noise. I told the reception and they said they were sending the maintenance to check it out but no one never come. I called the reception a few times to ask about it and the answer was the same “someone will come soon”. When I was doing the check-out I showed the receptionist the video about the noise, she couldn’t even say sorry for inconvenience; nothing. Just the same answer: I will ask the maintenance to check it out. Definitely me and my family won’t come back again to the hotel.
