I recently stayed at a hotel that truly impressed me with its cleanliness, incredible buffet offerings for both breakfast and dinner, and a variety of great coffee options. The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall, which provides numerous shopping and entertainment options. However, what sets this hotel apart is its exceptional customer service. Team members David, Marcelo, Camila, and Luiza were outstanding. They were always ready to assist with anything we needed, from the smallest request to more significant inquiries, always greeting us with a smile. They were immensely helpful in overcoming the language barrier, ensuring we felt comfortable and well-cared for. Their willingness to go above and beyond was exemplified when they delivered thank you cookies to our room—a delightful surprise that's rare these days! I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for top-notch service in a great location. Absolutely fantastic experience! Thank you so much staff!

Stayed at Intercity Gravitai for a few weeks and the overall service was superb. Food was great, and the staff were all super friendly and accomodating. I will miss their welcoming smiles and attentiveness. Special shout out to Diorge, David, Camila and Dion and others at icafe, and also to Claudic who cleaned my room everyday and made sure I was comfortable; to Sabrina who faithfully cleaned after us and took out our trash! To clara Kelly who took care of my laundry; to the folks at reception who graciously help everytime I lock myself out of my room 😅 Love you all! Muito Obrigada! It’s a hotel for one night. The breakfast is not good. They charge for an espresso. The gym is ridiculous
