Staff is very friendly and professional. Breakfast space is clean, light, organized, and has really good food (yogurt, 2 flavours of natural fruit juices, water, cereals, sausage, cheese bread (pão de queijo), fried eggs, some variety of breads and a cake (depending on the day). Room was really good as well. All according to expected. Sadly I noticed a terrible behaviour from some guests that refused to use masks in the restaurant area in the main floor. However, whenever that happened the staff was super professional to always make sure everyone was on the same page by politely explaining all of the sanitary and safety rules to the guests. Internet speed could be a bit better. All the rest was super great!

Simple looking hotel, but the rooms are very good and quite modern. Great staff and service. Breakfast was good as well.

Rating is based on our experience booking a room in this hotel through Airbnb. We arrived to the hotel but were not allowed entry despite the verfied booking.. Once we were finally allowed in the room was filthy and was only cleaned the following day after several stressful arguments. Good location but not worth the trouble. I'll look elsewhere next time. Edit: Gym is very small, basic, rundown and in need of thorough cleaning.
