Intercity Sao Leopoldo

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower, and great breakfast. Just what we look for in a hotel. There is a little street noise.

Nice place. Clean and save. I like that place. Maybe its possible to install some drawers in the room? Would be also great to have a change at breakfast from day to day. The things are good, but after 1,5weeks its hard to find something different. At fruit, what do you think to add some pineapples and mango? Or some Salami and sour cucumber? Avocado? Thank you 🇩🇪

I would like to say that the staff was super friendly. Anytime we needed anything, they accommodated us. The housekeeping staff was great, as they waited for us to exit the room every day before they came in to clean. The room itself needs work: -The mini-fridge does not keep drinks cold. -The AC in bedroom can't seem to keep up. It works off and on. -The bathtub water faucet kept coming off whenever used -The smoke detector has a blinking green light that makes it hard to sleep at night. Thank God I had my eye mask with me to use every night. -The water in the shower took a while to warm up. -The sliding mirrored door handle was loose and needs tightening Overall this hotel is a good place to stay, they just need to keep up with the maintenance of the rooms.
