Intercity São Paulo Ibirapuera

This hotel is walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The room was good size and clean, well represented as in its photos on their website. Breakfast was included and had many options which we enjoyed. The staff was friendly. Although we didn’t get a chance to use it because it rained during our nights stay it has a nice outdoor pool. Would recommend this hotel.

I do not recommend this place, it is not safe. I stayed here for 4 days during a business trip, I left cash dollars in my suitcase, closed, with things inside, the suitcase was in the hotel room (it was supposed to be safe). The first days everything was fine. The day before I left, my money disappeared, I realized when I entered the room and saw everything clean and my suitcase in a way that I did not leave it. Coincidentally, the money disappears the same day and only one from the cleaning service, before a few hours of my departure. I complained and made the request to check the cameras, just 1 hour before my check out time the hotel manager just said "the person who cleaned your room only stayed for 1 minute and our staff are trained not to take the belongings of the guests". I didn't have time to do any other thing than file a police report because I was about to miss my flight. The hotel never took responsibility and never even answered my company's official complaint. ¿Is this really a 4-start hotel? Do not stay here.

Internet so slow you can't use YouTube. Celular data is way faster than wifi at this hotel. Edit: The AC stopped working after 1 day, all the other days the place was UNCAPABLE of getting cool, when I called downstairs, maintenance came in and said "it's slightly cooler" as if that was what is expected when a place says that "it has AC". And then they made the excuse that everyone was using it so it didn't work well.
