My greatest experience here is the cappuccino, absolutely delicious no sugar necessary. It is the jack of all trades, has a little of everything in this 3 star hotel. The breakfast is solid but the dinner picanha I was served was not premium meat, very rough and hard. The wifi connection is slow and unstable, needs to be faster. Room has Big TV is great but using coaxial cable which was fine 30 years ago. Ruining the quality cable tv, making it unwatchable. Imagine using antenna TV quality. (Use hdmi) Finally, my Air Conditioner was working great until one day when we came back to room some person from maintenance was in our room saying they fixing bad light bulb after they left the air conditioner won't work. I call them in to fix they say it's too late. Well if you were working on light bulb you can tell my AC is hot as I set it cold my whole week there. Ok they come fix it next day and took my AC remote control like he don't want us to use the AC. Now I call reception to complain no remote and was ignore without any fix. So my last 3 nights I have to physically reach up to the AC to turn it on off without no temperature adjusting. Not good!
The walls are thin, you hear all the noise from the other rooms. The internet connection is bad. The bed is hard and not comfortable. I don't know if it's something normal in Brazil but it's a low budget hotel , if you want something more clean, comfy and all around better, maybe think about renting elsewhere. The customer service is really good, the employees are really nice, it's not their fault at all.
The room was so small!! Towels looked like rags. Walls so thin that I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. Breakfast was good and that was the only good thing about this place. I checked out 2 days early they said no problem and 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund!
