Pros: the hotel is clean and in an excellent location-within walking distance of a museum, art gallery, shopping mall, pharmacies, convenience stores and restaurants. It is also a short walk to the metro Cons: it doesn't stand up for its stars. It is updated with old doors and carpet. However the rooms have floors, not carpet, so this helps. It would be nice if they could renovate to stay in high demand.

I saw some of the negative comments before our arrival and unfortunately we also were disappointed. This place is nowhere near a 4-star hotel. Our room lacked basic maintenance, including parts of decoration falling off the walls, the air conditioning leaking and dripping on the floor and if that wasn’t enough we found dried blood on the bedding. We asked for a late checkout as a gesture of goodwill and it took 5 different staff members over a period of 5 days to get it sorted. They were saying that it has been applied to our account, but it wasn’t and the next staff member on duty would deny that it was ever offered to us - ridiculous. The only reason why this review is two stars and not one is the location. We will stay away from this place and recommend that you do too.

2nd time I came here, 2nd time Disappointed, they want to look like fancy but they are fare away from this Old room a bit dirty, I put my clothes at the laundry they added extra clothes on the bill And the price was ridiculous ! I came the 2nd time early they ask me to pay half of the room price for an early check in, come on ! When I asked for check in early the answer ´´was subject to availability ´´ And you arrive and have to pay 50% of the room for few hours early The manager was nervous and almost screaming on me ! You can find way better Run !
