Excellent staff..! Nice service. I stayed here for 10 consecutive days...! Staff members were nice and provided us with best possible service. Special thanks to "Renan" who helped us with customized food, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. He is the Guy in the hotel who is very active, friendly and passionate about his job. He also helped me find out my lost headphones after check out. Hotel is well located in industrial zone, spacious and comfortable compared to other hotels nearby. LAKE LAKE LAKE..! If you are nature lover then there is big lake right in front of hotel where you can see lot of birds and have morning walk. Hotel carries moderate breakfast choices and can improve a bit on this. Overall comfortable experience..! Going to stay again..

The hotel is good but there’s a lot to improve. I booked luxury room, which was good, has a queen double bed, coffee machine and 1 bottle of water offered by the hotel. The breakfast is good as well. However, the hotel should increase their staff. I couldn’t order one simple sandwich because the staff of the kitchen couldn’t get orders from many rooms at same time. The wall is not thick so I also could hear the room next to me and was uncomfortable. The pillow had a bad smell too. I payed 200 reais for one night and I expected something nicer.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. I can not complain about staff… there were none. The food, i don’t know…. Restaurant was closed. I’d like to make a comment about the hot water… nope, none. Honestly, stay in a tent before you come here!
