Good hotel, especially its location. It was a trip from work, but not business trip. Breakfast included. I enjoyed the stay (Thursday- Sunday). I just missed a cattle and cups in our room. However, it was possible to get a hot water at reception. My compliments to the hotel, how it's settled with Breakfast and also how good Windows in a room are isolated! It was perfect. Shower was also very good.
I stayed from Saturday to Sunday for a regular trip. The location is excellent right in the city and very convenient for exploring. The room was quiet and comfortable, with great soundproofing that kept the city noise out. The shower was also very good, with strong water pressure and consistent temperature. The only drawback was the lack of a kettle and cups in the room. Hot water was available at reception, but having these in the room would have been more convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for a short trip. Great location and comfortable rooms, just missing a few small touches.
Very good location of a 5-minute walk from the central train station. Value for room size is good and comfortable to stay in. Bar was decent and crowded at night; and service is responsive. However, room is a little warm and the aircon cannot really be adjusted. We had a broken aircon in our room on day 1 and had to deal with an unfriendly staff Gabriela who refused to help us change room, citing full bookings (even throughout all branches) on 20 July 2025. We put in many requests over 3 hours of perspiration before resorting to our 3rd party hotel agent to get someone up to look at the aircon. The saving grace was the wonderful service provided by another front desk gentleman at 11.30pm and another front desk lady the next morning who all were apologetic about our experience and helped us to ensure our comfort for the rest of the stay.
