The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk to the city center and right next to the station, which was super convenient. The hotel is very clean and modern, and the room was nicely decorated and comfortable. Staff were quick, efficient, and friendly throughout our stay. There was only one working elevator, as the second one was out of order, which was a bit inconvenient at times. The parking costs €19 per day and the space is a bit limited, but manageable. Breakfast was decent — nothing special, but no complaints either. We got a great price for our stay, and overall, it was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
The location is perfect, a couple of minutes away from the main train station. I had silverfish bugs in my room and bathroom crawling on the floor occasionally. As I was packing my luggage, one of them fell out of my clothes which stayed overnight in an open suitcase. I would not recommend this hotel.
Pay attention: Very aggressive guy at the reception!!! I was traveling for business purposes, I am a female and a respected manager at a big group of companies. I was arrived arround 12 AM in the evening for my first night at the hotel. The entrence door is locked and you need to ring a bell. Of course, nobody was replying after several attempts. After a period of time, the door is opening and the reception old man - very aggressive man - is yelling at me in a very bad English - “lady, next time one time if enough for the bell”. It seems that I have interrupted his sleep during his working hours. He was extremely abusive and giving aggressive looks if I had questions regarding the room, the time of the breakfast, etc. I just wanted to go to my room and end the day. He ruined my entire experience with this cheap hotel. Surprise, in the room, they are leaving you only with 1 pillow, 1 small blanket. Impossible to sleep due to traffic conditions. Very high humidity and smell of mold. Toillet was used and not cleaned…photo…also black hair on it, even though I am blonde.. I also read the other comments coming from the guest and there is an increased number of complaints with this guy and nobody is taking action. Even more, the replies from the hotel are quite lame and justifying the behavior of this guy. Hope that someone will close this location soon
