It's a decent minimalistic hotel. You get a comfy bed, a desk, TV, fridge, water and a bathroom with hair dryer, shampoo and body wash. That's literally it. I think it's sufficient for the price given that everything is fairly new. There is a bar and plenty of staff at the reception desk. When you arrive by train take the side exit off platform 1 and you fall right into the hotel.
This hotel is a smart choice for Frankfurt. It truly is extremely quiet. I did not hear any of the trains arriving into the station, even though I could see the station tracks clearly from my window. The fridge inside the room was a real perk also. This was my home base for a week while I visited Germany. The staff were great. The furnishings were very comfortable and the bed very good. I plan to come back again if I'm in Frankfurt in the future.
What’s important to note is that the shuttle buses to the hotel are free, but from the hotel they cost €15 per person. If there are more than two of you, take a taxi. A taxi costs €25. The hotel is located right by the airport and is great if you need a few hours of sleep during a layover. Other than that, the food options are very limited – and it’s not possible to get anything simple to eat. So you’ll easily end up spending around €20 per person.
