June 2025 3* Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights during my business visit. The place is located next to Congress CCH and Hamburg Messe. You can also visit Plant and Bloom park opposite the hotel. So location is very good. Rooms are nice and clean. Washroom is renovated and clean. Little disappointed with the bed and pillow, it is very low quality. I was too tired so somehow managed to sleep. Rooms are fitted with air-conditioning. There is bar and sitting area in the lobby. Breakfast is served on the ground floor and is quite okay. There is no iron in the room and you need to come down for the same. Hotel gives couple of bottles but you can drink tap water. Room cleaning is done on request not everyday. Sadly I asked to change towel but they did not do it. Experience was fine.
I stayed intercity hotel during uitp summit period and completely dissatisfied the service of the hotel. -Breakfast moderate. -Room size moderate. -Service disaster. They don't clean room. They don't change towels. After first night, when i come to room i saw that room was not cleaned. I called the reception, they told me that i had to tell them to clean room in advance. But they did not tell me when i checked in. I said Ok, i can use, but bring me water, clean it tomorrow. They said no water service to room, i need use tap water or i need to buy from bar. The next day in the morning, i reminded them to clean my room again. But when i came in the evening i saw that they did not make it all. They the the bed. They did not put clean coffe cup and glass. I went reception to tell them again, they told me, you told this morning but you have to tell one day in advance. I completely shocked. I asked them the logic of not putting coffe cup and glass and taking the used ones, leaving them at room. This not good level of service. But nothing changed, they offered me to take coffe cup from reception. I stayed 5 nights they cleaned my room ones and it was not full at all. I don't like this level of service at all and not guest friendly. Think twice.
Well the personal in the reception was one of the most rudest i met under my travels! When I let them know that we wasnt informed or gotten any email link when we checked in? We had to find the wifi ourself? And through that we lost 76 Euro on the local public transport! When I said or complained about this to the reception? Their anser was? "Oh he who checked you in should have send you a email?" But he didnt even ask for one? Because he was trainig a new personal? Then I said but cant you do anything about after? Their responce "no we cant oh are you here for a whole week sorry that you bought card for local transport " and then laughed about it! I said it is you fault from the beginning Because its says nothing on your website or hotell.com etc "yes it does" they say" no it dont and then the receptionist sad "oh its only local to our hotel" so know tha staff on this hotel is the most rudest I ever met!
