IntercityHotel Hannover Hauptbahnhof Ost

Stayed here just for one night, but will definitely come again! At first look location may seem not so nice, but it’s quite calm comparing to the other side of the railway station. Rooms are nice, fresh and clean, views are great (I recommend to pay a bit more and book Superior room), location is great from the point of public transport but still quite calm area and just 5-7 minutes walking from the main station. Personnel is great, welcoming, nice and helpful with requests. Definitely worth it’s price!

Stayed at the Intercity Hotel in Hannover, and while the location is fantastic right in the center, close to all the main spots and the train station the service could definitely use some improvement. The room was clean and comfortable. However, there were a few issues: there were no hotel slippers or small toiletries like toothpaste and a toothbrush, which would have been nice to have. The minibar wasn’t enough cold, and the complimentary water bottle was quite small. Additionally, there was no good coffee or tea, and the kettle was broken. Room service also entered our room at 11 a.m. without knocking, which was uncomfortable as I was still half asleep. All in all, it’s a convenient location with nice rooms, but the service needs some attention. Thanks
