This is my first time staying at the intercity. Overall, the hotel is really modern with great furnishings. The best part about this hotel chain is that, the location. Most of the time, it is located at the center point of next to main station.
Rooms are practical with a decent bed and black-out curtains. Our room faced the road and was quiet. Behaviour of staff during check-in was not very service oriented. Drain of shower didn't work well, flooding the bathroom floor, so I had to stop showering, or it would have flooded the bedroom area.
Room was dirty, trashes all over the room, not to mention dirty bed sheats. Got a new room, but no apologies, or explanation what happened. If anything, person in the desk seemed to be annoyed about my complain. Person felt like his mommy had forced him to work there.
