Top class service. I brought my mother here after a surgery since we were far from home. The kind and professional staff did their best to accommodate her, giving her extra pillows and sheets etc. Special thanks to the kind Italian female staff member. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Excellent value for money.
The hotel is clean with a modern ambiance and is located just a minute from Leiden Central station, additionally there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. The downsides are that unlike traditional hotels, they don't let you check-in early if the room is ready, instead they charge you EUR10 per hour, which I think is ridiculous, in addition the room did not have a mini bar or a fridge, which is strange for a four star hotel. The breakfast was good, but, was the same every single day.
Super convenient location 1 min walk from Central Station and 5 mins easy walk into the city centre. I wish I’d checked whether the room had a kettle (it didn’t) but this is a minor issue and more of a preference! Staff were all very cheerful and friendly.
