Virginia and her team at breakfast does an awesome job. But front desk, bellmen and all the staff were also fantastic. Turndown service needs a lot of attention. But we tolerated the disappointment. Paris is a great city and really makes it wonderful when you return to such a great hotel in the evening. See you all when we return to Paris.

Great hotel and staff, friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little tired now but still lovely and comfortable. Little things like USB outputs near to the bed would have got 5 stars

Very Dirty – Extremely Disappointing Stay and Not Worth the Price I had high expectations for the InterContinental given its reputation and price, but the experience was shockingly poor. First of all, the hotel is extremely overpriced for what it offers. The maintenance is neglected things look old, worn-out, and not properly cared for. The reception staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly, which set a bad tone from the start. Worst of all, the cleaning was absolutely unacceptable. The room was honestly one of the dirtiest I’ve ever stayed in dusty surfaces, dirty floors, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. On top of that, the location is very inconvenient. It’s far from the city center you’ll need at least 30 minutes of walking to reach most places. Even taxis charged us extra just because of where the hotel is located. Would definitely not recommend this hotel. Save your money and stay somewhere that’s actually clean, well-located, and respectful to guests.
