This was a great hotel. The room was amazing and the staff was very friendly. It's close to the subway. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. We had a three single room and found it spacious. I loved the rain shower. I used the pool one evening to cool off and have a snack. It was lovely. The towels were fluffy and they give you a cold bottle/can of water.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for three weeks, and the experience has been truly exceptional. We’d like to especially highlight Matías and Stephanie, whose kindness, and genuine attentiveness made us feel not just welcome, but truly special. Their warm and professional care made all the difference during our stay. The buffet food was also absolutely delicious. Every day offered variety, great flavor, and excellent presentation. You can really tell how much attention and quality goes into everything. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a memorable experience. We would definitely come back!

Morning check in staff was polite but didn't offer me a king bed as requested. The afternoon shift team however were very kind to complete my check in and was extremely accomodating! Check in was fast and we got the king bed as requested. Rooms were nice because they were recently renovated. However even after reporting and the team sending an air purifier- it still smells like a cigarette tray! :( I already unpacked and it's just troublesome to move but if it still smells like this I will need to request to move rooms tomorrow! It's meant to be our 7th anniversary celebration. Most 5 stars would also have a small fruit platter or even just bonbons as a nice gesture. There was also no turndown service that is normal protocol for 5 star hotels. I must admit though, the guest services team are extremely fast at answering the phone and trying their best to meet requests. So rooms are newly renovated and comfortable albeit smells like cigarettes. Experience of check in is fully contingent on staff available in the moment. I could tell by the afternoon shift, the person on my left was also receiving incredible service- offered water too!
