I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The reception service was excellent, and the staff were very welcoming and professional. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job keeping the rooms clean and tidy. The restaurant served delicious food, and the response to requests was quick and efficient. The pool and beach area were beautiful and well-maintained, and the entire place was spotlessly clean. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel

I recently visited this outstanding Lebanese restaurant, and it was truly an unforgettable experience in every sense of the word. From the warm welcome and excellent service to the exceptional quality of the food, everything exceeded expectations. The dishes were bursting with authentic flavors that truly reflect the spirit of Lebanese cuisine. From delicious starters like hummus and tabbouleh to rich main courses such as shawarma and kebabs, every dish was prepared with great care and high-level professionalism. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was simply outstanding. As for the service, it was absolutely commendable. The staff was incredibly friendly, quick to respond to requests, and made us feel right at home. I would also like to extend a special thanks to the amazing animation team — Hamdi and Sondos — who brought an extra dose of joy and entertainment to the atmosphere. Their presence was truly delightful and added a wonderful touch that both children and adults enjoyed. In short, it was an excellent experience on all levels. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Lebanese flavors, outstanding service, and a fun, welcoming ambiance.

The beach bar/restaurant is where most, if not all of the attractions/events were that weekend. I would expect much better customer service but it was not great overall. You always had to flag down a staff member for something and minus the food, drinks took a while even if it wasn't a cocktail. I understand it is a business that wants to make money, but the fact that you can't use your status to get discounts at that particular restaurant, where fire dancing, belly dancing, Independence day mini-event, and an air show was. I don't really agree with that since you draw most of your customers there with attractions and can't reward your loyalty members with status. But again, as nice of a brand hotel it is, money is clearly prioritized here. The cleanliness and atmosphere, room care, responsiveness of staff, and customer service at the front desk were great. Breakfast was great as well. The pool staff will give you miniature ice chests with bottled water which was greatly appreciated. Small note, but the volleyball net is much higher than it should be for beach volleyball if that’s your thing.
