My family and I spent 4 nights at this location on our vacation.. it was awesome 👍😎. Very accessible to the beaches in Miami. Short drive to great food locations like lil Havana and Everglades. We had so much fun. The breakfast was spectacular! The buffet was delicious..Remember to tip your servers. They were great! The pool was not crowded at all times . The accommodations were second to none. I recommend this location to everyone. Thank you for being a great service.

A very disappointing experience all around. The pool was closed and no one can give a reason. They can take you to a nearby hotel pool which is nice but the shuttle back takes forever. The front desk staff is unpleasant and they seldom answer the phone. My room phone has never worked despite my reporting it four times. A broken pool in this heat is inexcusable. The manager comped me by giving me access to Club level. I wanted either a partial refund or a free day. They wouldn’t do it. I don’t recommend this hotel and will never stay there again. You can be sure I will advise people likewise.

We arrived at the hotel full of joy and excitement for our 5-night stay, as we’re here attending a very demanding event with 12-hour days. Unfortunately, our check-in experience with Corina was disappointing and left a negative first impression. When I kindly confirmed that our reservation included two beds, she bluntly replied that we had one bed and a sofa bed. I showed her our confirmation clearly stating two beds, and she responded, “Well, that’s two beds someone can sleep on the sofa too.” When I asked how we could solve it, she said, “Ask in the morning if someone can help you,” and only after I insisted did she agree to leave a note. To make things worse, she handed us our room keys without even letting us know where the elevators were. I actually got lost trying to find them but thankfully, Conrad was extremely kind and helpful. So far, he has been the only positive part of our arrival experience. Corina, on the other hand, acted as if I was asking for too much just by requesting a real bed instead of a sofa bed. Her attitude was unpleasant, and it’s clear she doesn’t enjoy her job or working with guests. I rarely write reviews like this, but I felt it was necessary not just because of the inconvenience with the room, but because of the way we were made to feel. We came here to rest and recharge during an intense week, and a warm welcome makes a difference. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the guest experience.
