From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly and courteous, always going out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning—elegantly designed with meticulous attention to detail and spotlessly clean throughout. Our room offered a great view of Bangkok. One of the highlights of our stay was the Club Lounge. The food was outstanding with a great variety of options, and the service there was top-notch—professional, attentive, and warm without being overbearing. A very special thank you to the Guest Relations Team, who truly went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable. We were touched by the delicious welcome amenities and the thoughtful custom gifts they prepared to commemorate our special occasion—it meant so much to us and made our stay feel deeply personal. This hotel truly defines luxury. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing stay!

Had a birthday stay at Intercontinental Bangkok and got a surprise upgrade to a Junior Suite for one night! Huge thanks to Khun Cherry at the front office and the Duty Manager — once they found out it was my birthday, they checked availability right away and upgraded me without needing to use my CSU. Love it! 😍 For the other night, I stayed in a Classic Room since the hotel was fully booked (100% occupancy), but the Club Lounge wasn’t too crowded. Food at the Club Lounge (🍱) was quite similar to my last visit a couple of months ago. The teriyaki salmon was thicker this time — almost an inch — but the first piece was dry, tough, and overcooked. The second piece, though, was juicy and much better. The steak wasn’t quite as good as last time — a bit too well done — but it still had that nice aroma. Seasoning was a bit light, so I added some salt. The one served the next day was grilled much better 👏 For anyone staying at IC BKK who’s getting a bit tired of the Club’s steak and salmon bento, you can now enjoy breakfast down at SoCal instead — available until the end of next month! The smoothies there are really well made 😍 Afternoon Tea (🫖🍰🧁): Pretty much the same as before. Evening Cocktails (🍹🥃): The braised beef cheek was tender, mildly flavored, and came in a bigger, thicker cut. The other dishes were the same as last time 😂 Service was as excellent as ever — even warmer and more personal this time 😍 Special shoutout to Emmy, Moss, Jui, P (the man behind the bar), and Khun Fai, the Club Manager 😍 PS. I don’t usually do the hotel reviews in google but this time is special due to the service in the club lounge I got so I wanted to show some gratitude.

Absolutely Amazing Stay! I had an absolutely amazing stay at the Intercontinental Bangkok. I enjoyed every single minute of it. The hotel staff were truly the best—warm, attentive, and consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The level of service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The location couldn't have been more perfect—right in the heart of Bangkok, with easy access to shopping, dining, and transport. The room was beautifully appointed, the facilities were top-notch, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was both elegant and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. Can’t wait to come back!
