From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and professional. The front desk staff made check-in seamless and ensured I felt genuinely welcomed. My room was modern, elegant, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful details that made the stay incredibly comfortable. One highlight not to be missed is the rooftop bar. It offers breathtaking views of the Bangkok skyline and is absolutely worth a visit — whether you're enjoying a drink, a relaxed evening, or capturing some amazing photos. The ambiance is both stylish and serene, making it the perfect spot to unwind above the city.

Just checked in today and already impressed! Before our arrival, I was contacted by Suniphat (Mark), the Club Supervisor, who kindly arranged a special birthday setup for my nephew and ensured we had connecting rooms for the family, a thoughtful and smooth experience. At check-in, we were offered the option to check in at the Club Lounge, but we decided to proceed at the main lobby. Ms. May welcomed us warmly and clearly explained all the Diamond Ambassador benefits and hotel facilities. One of our rooms was upgraded by two levels to a spacious and modern King Premium, with a great city view. We were also granted a late check-out until 4 PM, which is perfect for our travel plans. A great start to our stay, thank you to the team for the excellent service!

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful hotel while we were in Bangkok for holiday. We were very impressed with the service from the hotel staff, especially the concierge staff, Rally, Boat and Pun who were very courteous and kind. We had just came back to the hotel to pick up our luggage, after the whole afternoon shopping. Seeing us being hot and bothered, Rally offered us cold drinks while waiting for the taxi. This kind gesture and excellent service were very much appreciated by my husband and myself. We will definitely come back to this hotel on our next adventure in Bangkok.
