had a fantastic stay at the InterContinental Sanlitun Beijing. Leslie, the manager, was incredibly responsive and took care of every need promptly, which truly made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Alex, who manages the breakfast area, was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive—he made mornings a real pleasure. The hotel concierge team was also excellent, handling all our deliveries efficiently and with a smile. Exceptional service all around! This hotel is also located right at Sanlitun Soho ! Lots of shopping to do here 💛💛

The best IHG hotel in the world and one of the best luxury hotels in absolute terms. The customer service is over the top with attention to details and getting to know their clients. Highly recommend, will go back again soon and stay longer.

I think front office of IHG not good it quite not achieve as Intercon standard and this hotel has no check in at club lounge. Once arrived hotel nee to ask someone to help for luggage that not ok it difference with other that hotel always support without asking. But concierge willing to support and he can speak eng very well Room : very good as i require high floor with CBD view n junior suite room Service : club lounge very good service & support but other not good need to be improve as IC but standard one more thing for club lounge can be better Location : good and very convenient to walk for shopping and to subway Decoration at room still normal no any surprise cake on BD that quite disappointed
