It is rare to meet such hospitable employees. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we felt truly welcomed. Joe made an exceptional impression, memorizing our names and always greeting us personally. A special thank you to Adam, Rob, Marcus, and Armstrong, who always had a kind word for my family and me. Excellent hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Always asking if we have enough water in the rooms (it was HOT over 4th July weekend), housekeeping left the room immaculate. I loved the outside space with the view of the river(pic). Great place to relax after a day of walking. Speaking of walking, the location of the hotel is good! It took us 10mins to get to Boston Commons and there is a huge parking 3 min walk away. Easy airport access.
