Just taken over from Hilton. I found the price per night too be way too expensive for the the quality of the rooms. Actually that's irrelevant, ive stay at Hilton or similar all the time and $800 a night for a single room with no luxury is way over priced. Under $500 is more acceptable. Other than that the service and atmosphere was great, non complaints there.
Quite possibly the best experience staff wise I have ever had at an IHG hotel (or any hotel for that matter) Super friendly and attentive staff made check in, bag store and club lounge experience amazing. Service as been well above what was expected. Look forward to using this as an excuse to come back to Brisbane sooner rather than later :) 10/10
Room were awful. Smelled like wet carpet and no nice furniture. No bath tub. Staff were super nice. Be careful as the google map and apple map take u to the wrong location.
