InterContinental Budapest by IHG

I stayed at the InterContinental Budapest for two nights and had a lovely overall experience. The hotel is well maintained, and the location is unbeatable—right on the banks of the Danube River with stunning views of Buda Castle and the Chain Bridge. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of food, which was great, though I did miss having some hot dishes or stews on the menu. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful river view. In the evening, sipping a glass of wine while looking out at the illuminated skyline across the river was truly a peaceful and healing moment. What I also really appreciated was how convenient the location is. There are plenty of attractions, shops, and restaurants nearby, and the famous Chain Bridge is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Budapest.

The InterContinental Budapest is a great hotel with very nice rooms, especially those overlooking the Danube. The gym is also a good amenity. The breakfast offers a nice variety of food, including eggs cooked to order. ​However, what truly makes this hotel stand out is its staff and their exceptional service. I was particularly impressed with Chief Concierge Gabor Sajtos, who went above and beyond to help secure transportation from the F-1 race when it was very difficult to arrange. ​Other examples of their excellent service included converting my unused dinner vouchers into a lunch, suggesting I use Bolt for a more economical taxi fare, and offering a complimentary late check-out. Because of the staff, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Budapest

The club Inter Continental is very nice, the breakfast is very nice, the rooms are very nice, the facilities are very nice, but as a smoker, I was surprised when I took my beer or tea from the club Intel Continental and went down to the sitting area in front of the door, they glared at me and made ridiculous gestures. I am staying in a suite. Smoking is forbidden in the club Intercontinental. I have to go downstairs, and my number is 926. I made my tea in my room right now, and I went downstairs to smoke. Two friends standing outside almost beat me with their stares, so I left there and drank my tea and cigarette on the benches opposite.
