Fantastic stay in Heliopolis or New Cairo We stayed here for a few days with my family and loved it! The rooms were really big (we had like more of an apartment than a hotel room), the pool was FANTASTIC and it is so close to everything. We loved the private access to the mall really useful! Overall a great stay I would highly recommend this hotel. Note I had been here a few years ago (so this was my second stay in this hotel) and left with the same feeling, so in fact the hotel remain really great! Highly recommended by us!

Excellent Stay and Exceptional Service Our stay at the hotel was truly outstanding. We encountered a minor issue with our room, but the staff went above and beyond to make things right — we were upgraded twice and even offered a complimentary dinner. The level of customer service was exceptional; the staff genuinely go out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The hotel’s location is superb, the food is delicious, and everything is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Gamal, the duty manager, who handled our concerns with remarkable professionalism and care. His dedication made a real difference in our experience.
