This hotel is inside a complex that’s so freaking multi-use complex with water park, shopping malls with 4 Starbucks, a huge Huawei store, cinemas, and whatever else you could imagine. Parking, not the problem. Finding your car, maybe. This feels like China, everything is gigantic. The hotel had 5 wings A-E and it had a few swimming pools for the guests. Breakfast was around these pools which were separate from the water park. Anyway, my room was so nice. Everything works. Comfortable tub, balcony facing the park.

Con: 1. Do NOT stay here from May to October if you want a quiet and peaceful environment. The noise / music/ games from swimming pool gets VERY VERY loud, and it runs from 10 am to 10 pm. The music made me feel like I was at a night club.... 2. You have to take a shuttle from hotel lobby to your building/room, and be prepared to wait 20 minutes in line for the shuttle in the morning, when everyone is going out and the shuttle gets full quicky. Pro: 1. Room is clean and updated, 2. Hotel is located inside Global Center which makes shopping and dining convenient. Conclusion: I probably won't stay here again.

The hotel is nice and the staff we encountered are lovely… but the chef in the outdoor restaurant threw a hissy fit when we asked if we could use the microwave to disinfect baby bottles for five minutes. We sighed a waiver saying that we would take full responsibility for anything and everything, but no help. He complained so much we told them to forget it. What should have been a five minute favour turned into an hours drama and left a very unpleasant feeling. The staff were clearly embarrassed. When you spend that much on a hotel I expected better. I also expect there are hotels that are less pricey and will accommodate such a simple request. Disappointed.
