InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile by IHG

From the moment we pull to the front of the Hotel we were met by WILL (head doorman/bell hop/valet) and his incredible smile and personality. He is the face of your hotel as he is the first representative of the hotel you meet. He is an unbelievable asset to your hotel. His friendly nature and calm demeanor were helpful as it is difficult to pull over on such a busy corner in downtown Chicago. We were at the hotel for our son's wedding and many of our guests were from out of state and somewhat intimidated by Chicago. Will put them ease and assured their vehicles and luggage would be just fine. He remembered us every day were were there (4days). The hotel was lovely and the wedding was flawless- food was great as well. We will recommend the hotel and grand ballroom to everyone. It was magical- worth every penny

We sort of threw a trip to Chicago together on a whim. Having never gone before, I narrowed my search to IHG hotels and honestly picked it based on it's location. Right on the Miracle Mile as advertised. I'm so glad this is the hotel we chose. 1st and most important the room was spotless. The view was fantastic! Perfect walking distance the the red line L and access to all the stores. All the staff was incredibly friendly. I can't speak to the restaurants but considering everything else the hotel had to offer I'm sure it was good.

We had the most incredible wedding at the Intercontinental in the Grand Ballroom. The staff was attentive, kind, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. The food was outstanding! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and created the perfect backdrop for our day. Shay Gordon was our day of planner and she absolutely crushed it! We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stunning, stress-free wedding experience.
