Beautiful beautiful venue! I attended a wedding reception and enjoyed a room upstairs. The majority of the hotel team .kind helpful, informative! I did need to find someone who spoke English, but he tried! Also, in my room. I forgot my charger plug. All the plugs 🔌 were only for apple. I'm team android. So I had to survive on 16 percent. I used to be a Concierge for Hilton, so my attention was pretty targeted. For the most part, it was a pretty nice room.

The location is great if you’re going back and forth to the Clinic. Otherwise, very overpriced for mid rooms. They def have some housekeeping issues - we had a late checkin - someone else’s ER sticker was on the bedside table as was a half a glass of water, additionally, there was something on our sheets. The floors with rooms and the actual rooms showed a lot of wear and tear.

So I stayed here on 5/18, after being in my room for approximately 45 minutes I had to go request to change my room as the adjacent room was like throwing a party. Then after moving my room, I use the bathroom at about 1AM to find that it doesn't flush. So I have to go to the front desk who stated they sent someone up to fix the issue which was NOT resolved. So I had to essentially use the lobby bathroom (Why didnt I just sleep in the lobby and save money) So here comes the morning need to do my business and the toilet STILL doesn't work, So they send someone up and it takes them 2 hours to fix the issue while I need to get ready to leave. What did they do to rectify the issue? Comped me $50. $50 off my stay to live in the lobby that's amazing. (Front desk people were polite though) but serious, I will never stay at a hotel associated with this brand again
