InterContinental Costa Rica at Multiplaza Mall by IHG

I loved this hotel. The breakfast was extensive and really good. I loved the huge gym with lots of equipment and the location of this hotel is perfect. There was a mall directly across the street, including a movie theater and the location was close to downtown and things to do. There is also a spa where you can get a massage and facial very reasonably priced

Nice place Rooms-ac doesn’t keep it cold. Sweat during the night. Bathroom sink and tub stoppers don’t stay up so water puddles Phone doesn’t work Coffee pot doesn’t work Tv screen so dark, can barely see it and remote does not let you get to the menu to fix it. A lot of money for all these things being broken

we were publicly insulted by the restaurant manager and we didn't even eat our food and left it!!! I have never seen such rudeness for my own money!!! I booked a room with dinner and breakfast included. The restaurant manager first tried to take extra money for children, while the reception said that children were included. And then he started demanding extra money "for some ingredients" in the food. For example, for three shrimps on a pizza))) We said that we had everything included and would not pay extra. He got angry, started to get nervous and shouted arrogantly and publicly throughout the restaurant "I'll pay for you myself" we left. the reception said that it was their mistake, but no measures were taken. I have never seen such an attitude towards guests . Traveled thorough all the costa rica staying at top hotels like the springs arenal, westin conchal, everything was perfect . The intercontinental decided to ruin our mood and impressions about the country and service . Thank you.
