We had a truly exceptional stay. From the moment we arrived, Zita at check-in made us feel welcomed with her warmth and professionalism—she’s a true gem. Up at the executive lounge, Lucy was equally outstanding, offering attentive service and a friendly smile that made each visit feel special. The lounge food was amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Breakfast in the lounge was another highlight—absolutely delicious and magnificent. And let’s not forget the bed—it was the most comfortable hotel bed we’ve ever slept in. A fantastic experience all around. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent place to stay when in Dubai. The festival city mall is just next door. Rooms are spacious. Good and spacious bathroom as well. Regular room service is good. If you have rooms on the mall facing , you will see a net on your windows and when the fountain show happens , light will come. Nothing to complain about. I think they can improve on room furniture as you cannot move the chair provided in the room. It is not convenient.
