Approaching the hotel from the road gives you a sence of pure opulence. The hotel is beautiful looking as are the grounds. As soon as you walk in the front door the most beautiful scent hits you, the reception team are so welcoming, the check-in process was seemless and efficient. The suite we got was impressive, super clean bathroom, smelt fresh and the bed was so comfortable. Service was excellent throughout. By far one of the best hotels we have stayed at, looking forward to returning, thank you all who work there!

Check-in was a breeze. Staff and concierge were polite and helpful. The room was immaculate, and I took a hot shower to relax after the long flight over. We struck out for a morning walk on the beautiful tree lined streets. The area is beautiful and charming, close to shops and dining. Of course, you can always grab a bite downstairs if you dont feel like venturing out. Perfect hotel in a perfect location. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Dublin.

“Lovely design, but not up to 5-star standards” The hotel has a beautiful aesthetic and stylish design, but several aspects didn’t live up to its 5-star rating. Communication before our stay was poor – in fact, virtually non-existent – which was extremely disappointing and left us having to call the hotel just to get answers to basic questions. Upon arrival, our room wasn’t ready at check-in; we weren’t handed a key until 3:45 pm. We also discovered on arrival that there was a €25 charge for the hotel car park – something that had never been mentioned beforehand. Despite what’s promoted on social media, there was no Amalfi Garden experience available during our stay, which felt misleading. The so-called ‘spa’ is really just a leisure facility with a few treatment rooms and was overrun with children, making it far from the calm, relaxing space we expected. It’s a lovely property visually, but the service and facilities fall well short of what you’d expect from a true luxury hotel. I can see how this hotel is perfect for the events around it but unfortunately not for us.
