InterContinental Foshan by IHG

Aside from the InterContinental Madrid, I consider this hotel exceptional in its high regard and attention to guests, with every staff member dedicated to making you feel truly valued. Yuki Ou is especially amicable and helpful, patiently arranging for us to stay on two separate floors but in rooms positioned identically, offering a beautiful view of Qiandenghu Park. The buffet breakfast is abundant, with a wide variety of food and drinks. I particularly enjoyed the egg rice rolls (腸粉, steamed rice noodle rolls). This hotel upholds a strong tradition of appreciating IHG members, a practice that is increasingly rare. Every request was handled with impressive efficiency. Due to traffic delays, I needed to extend my check-out time by 15 minutes. Harris Liang was incredibly understanding and promptly updated our room cards to ensure we had access to our rooms if needed. Additionally, I want to commend Harris, Minky Hu and Fion, who were extremely patient in explaining a statement I initially found confusing. Their handling was far superior to their counterparts in Quoc Phoc. High-quality staff like them truly reflect the overall standard of the hotel and enhance the guest experience. While this may not be the most luxurious hotel in Foshan, I am confident that its staff are among the most wonderful and dedicated, striving to provide outstanding customer service. The hotel's proximity to a vibrant local night market and a large shopping mall further enhances its appeal. It is undoubtedly a must-stay for us on our next visit.

It's strategically located in the centre. It's clean and comfortable. The staffs are polite and helpful. The options of the buffet breakfast is good.

Everything wonderful but what is up with the rock hard beds?!! Would have stayed at Marriott down the street if I had known. So so so hard.
