My wife and I recently spent 5 days there and it was unforgettable. First of all, this place is brand new, opened just few weeks ago. So it looks amazing, architecture, decorations, furniture, everything. Our check in was at 3pm but we were able to do it at 12pm. The staff is next level friendly. We ended up making friends and connecting outside our stay. Also top compliments for the chef in their main restaurant. The dinners were next level. We are definitely going back!
We had a great time Intercontinental Ha Long Bay—friendly staff, spacious room, stunning sea view. Villa is super comfortable for family. Huyen at customer service, Trang at the reception, Van Ha at Marina restaurant took care of us extremely well. This could be the best hotel in Northern Vietnam. Will definetely come back.
Location and settings are nice. Food and beverage offers and services are not at 5* standards. And reading several google reviews I can see there are plenty of 5* given by bots or people with no other review than for this hotel. I’m sure you can improve.
