I had a great experience staying here. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a breathtaking view of Hanoi from the upper floors. Everything felt luxurious and well taken care of. Special thanks to Đạt at the lobby on the ground floor — he was incredibly friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and welcoming. Staff overall were professional and attentive throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety, and the facilities (especially the gym and lounge) were top-class. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Hanoi.

3 Spoons Restaurant truly delivers a memorable breakfast buffet experience. The food selection is impressively diverse—ranging from Western and Asian hot dishes to an array of tempting desserts—all prepared fresh and bursting with flavor. In addition to the main buffet, there’s a tropical juice bar and a dedicated play area for children, so families can enjoy their meal while the little ones have fun in a safe environment. What really sets 3 Spoons apart is the warm, attentive service. Every staff member goes out of their way to assist guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience. I was especially impressed by Ms. Thanh Mai—she was always on the move restocking dishes, tidying tables, and checking in to make sure every guest’s needs were met. Her dedication elevated our visit to a true five-star experience. I will definitely return and recommend 3 Spoons to friends and family.

I had 2 great days here. The atmosphere, interior and service are all amazing. Right from the time I entered the room, I felt the warmth and comfort that the hotel brings. Besides, food and drinks here are also excellent, morning buffet gives me an unforgettable culinary experience. Special thanks to Mr. Nguyen Binh for welcoming me really thoughtful and complete. He shows thoughtful and dedicated in the process of serving customers at the hotel. From moving, eating or even giving me some local tips very helpful. Actually this is one of the hotels that make me most satisfied when I arrived in Hanoi.
