A Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service We had a great time staying here for a couple of days. The service was truly outstanding. What impressed us most was how the staff handled a small issue we encountered — a tiny problem with the sink. As soon as we mentioned it, the manager immediately sent someone to fix it, and shortly after, we received a plate of fresh fruit along with a warmly-typed letter of apology. Even more surprising, the next morning, the manager personally came to our table during breakfast to apologize again. We still wonder — how did he know which table we were at? Truly incredible attention to detail! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay with genuine care and hospitality.
It was not only my first visit to Vietnam, but also to Ha Noi. So where must one stay. I conducted copious homework from LA, 7 months before my intended trip. Of course there are many choices. Once again, I made the right one. What an awesome property and location. The room, the hotel, the service, at all levels was nothing short of exemplary. The on site dining and lounges were also superb. I will be writing about all of them individually. Stay tuned.
What a perfect place to start to our Vietnam vacation. After a long flight and a first meeting with the craziness that is Hanoi traffic it was lovely to be greeted with friendly faces and a beautiful room. The service was on point and they were super helpful with talking to drivers and arranging trips for us. It was also a blessing to retreat to the quiet hotel after exploring the loud and flashing city centre. The only downside is that it's a bit dated, but we only came to this conclusion because we couldn't fault it for anything. Would love to come back.
