Great stay! Service was great from the check in with Tiffani. The rooms were clean and well appointed. I had spent two weeks traveling and the beds were by far the best of any of the hotels. I did not have a car, but talked with the valets that were friendly and helpful with knowledge in the area. The restaurant area off the lobby was great for breakfast. Overall best stay of my trip.

My partner and I have a wonderful stay at the Indianapolis Intercontinental. I like a modern hotel with clean but pleasurable design. The Intercontinental was perfect for me. The pictures are a good representation of the rooms. Our favorite room was the "monumental view" - there are only two in the hotel so book early! All the staff were kind and helpful. Their kindness and helpfulness added a lot to the enjoyment of our stay. I want to especially thank Aleah and Russell! We are likely to visit Indianapolis again, so we can stay at the Intercontinental!

This was a profound disappointment of a stay in what should have been a luxury. Where the property succeeded is in food and beverage - restaurant was excellent, food delicious and well-crafted drinks, on top of 5-star service from staff. Everything else was absolutely atrocious and awful. The service from hotel staff was abysmal, if it was there at all. From the valet, no baggage handling, no bag carts. Had to carry my own luggage and then give them an expected tip? Front desk was unhelpful. I requested extra towels in room in advance, was in fact called in advance of my arrival to confirm (nice touch) but it was never done. They brought me obviously and visibly dirty towels and failed to provide what I actually asked for. When letting "management" know, no single complaint was taken seriously. I have reason to stay in town for another week in the very near future and as a direct result of my experience, I will be taking my business to literally any other hotel downtown here that actually provides service. This was a very poor mark for the Intercontinental brand.
