I was absolutely pleased with our stay in this property. Everything is designed with in mind, very clean and modern with saddle colors for comfort and a great atmosphere. The staff is very professional and attentive, the warm welcome was just a great start for our experience. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable for a good night sleep. The bathroom was spacious. I love the aroma of the spa products. We grabbed a drink at the bar - had a great experience with a very knowledgeable bartender and awesome cocktails.
I recently hosted our board of directors meeting at Intercontinental Hotel - Bellevue, where they also stayed for the week, and I truly can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment they arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Every detail—from the meeting setup to the accommodations—was handled with exceptional professionalism and care. The food was outstanding throughout their stay. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or a creative watermelon breakfast cake, the quality, presentation, and variety exceeded our expectations. Many of our board members personally commented on how impressed they were. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the incredible service. A special thank you goes to Allison, who was instrumental in making this event a success. She was responsive, proactive, and always one step ahead. No matter how many questions I had (and there were a lot!), she answered each one with patience and a smile. I genuinely couldn’t have done it without her. If you’re planning a corporate event—or even just looking for a comfortable, luxury hotel—I highly recommend Intercontinental. They deliver excellence at every turn.
I recently stayed at this luxury hotel, and while it certainly has some beautiful features, there were quite a few disappointments that made it hard to give more than three stars. The lobby and overall aesthetic are gorgeous, but once inside the room, it is a different story. I walked into seeing stains and water rings on the end table, crumbs on the carpet under the side of the bed and some of the desk drawer handles were sticky, which didn’t meet the level of cleanliness I expected from a high-end property. The bed was also quite firm, with pillows that went flat within seconds and a smoke detector right above the bed that was constantly strobing green, which made it difficult for us to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the water pressure for the rainfall shower was surprisingly low, causing me to stand right next to the shower wall, making it less than refreshing. I was also disappointed to find that parking wasn’t included and came with a fee on top of an almost $600 room + amenity fee. There was also a minibar that was automated, but no signage informing the guest. If you remove anything, even to look at it, it gets charged to your room. It wasn't until a few hours later that I found the minibar menu in the drawer above the fridge. At the very bottom, it states anything removed for more than 2 seconds gets charged. So, I had to call the front desk to remove those charges. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with great potential, but for the price and luxury branding, I expected a higher standard of cleanliness, comfort, and included amenities.
