I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the truly amazing experience we had at Intercontinental!💛From the moment we arrived, every member of the team—from the front desk to F&B, housekeeping, and the pool staff, was incredibly kind, helpful and professional. The hotel’s location is very convenient, just steps away from Taksim Square. One of the highlights was the pool: peaceful, never too crowded and always attended by staff ready to assist with anything we needed. The views from the hotel are simply unbeatable—whether day or night. Everything was spotlessly clean and the décor, especially in the reception area, is absolutely breathtaking. Breakfast deserves a special mention. The variety, the attention to detail, and the constant support from the team made every morning a delight. Even during the weekend, when the hotel was at its busiest, the staff remained calm, composed, and focused on offering a personal touch to every guest. I was also recognized as a member during both check-in and breakfast. While it’s a small detail and not something important for me, it’s worth noting and certainly appreciated!💛 Our stay was genuinely memorable, and we already look forward to visiting again in the future. We had an amazing stay at the InterContinental Istanbul with our family. The location is truly unbeatable—right in the heart of the city with stunning views and easy access to all the main attractions. The food was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit everyone in the family. We especially loved the breakfast spread—it was generous and beautifully presented. The gym was very well equipped, perfect for keeping up with workouts while traveling. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful, professional, and welcoming. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. Overall, a fantastic experience that we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul with family!

Mohammad Kushuk, at the reception was amazing! Very helpful, respectful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. He made us feel so welcome, and honestly, he’s one of the main reasons we’ll be coming back to stay at this hotel next time we visit Istanbul.
