The staff is AMAZING. I’m gluten free and upon my arrival, I asked if they had any suggestions of gluten free restaurants- they searched and provided me with amazing options. Everything I asked for, they always went the extra mile to help and make it happen. The room was small but super comfortable, especially if you’re traveling solo like I was. The room was cleaned every day, tea and coffee and a kettle are provided. Super clean and comfortable. A short walk from the Alameda and Arroios metro stations. Definitely recommend! Will be staying again
We had an excellent stay at the InterContinental Lisbon!! We had access to the Club Lounge, which included daily breakfast, afternoon tea service, and happy hour. At the lounge, staff member Francisco Lopes was extremely kind and helpful. He provided incredible service, even remembering small details to make our stay very personal and comfortable!! Location was great, next to the beautiful Parque Eduardo. We had a beautiful view of all of Lisbon from our room!! Room accommodation was good with comfortable beds and linen. Good shower water pressure and bathroom with basic amenities. Tidy room service. Concierge was helpful with answering questions and giving advice on our travel plans. They also went an extra mile to help us celebrate a special occasion!!! Overall, another great stay at an InterContinental property!!! We look forward to exploring more!!
I had a lovely, no-frills stay at the InterContinental Lisbon. Our room was clean, contemporary, and very comfortable—plus we were lucky to have sweeping views over the city, which were absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh options and great quality across the board. It was a fantastic way to start each day. The staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel overall had a calm, polished atmosphere. However, my stay happened to coincide with a large conference at the hotel, which made things a bit tricky. The elevators were packed and stopped on nearly every floor whenever I tried to come or go—it was frustrating during those peak times. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is well-located, comfortable, and offers beautiful views—definitely worth considering for a Lisbon visit.
