Great hotel! Very friendly staff, amazing room, good breakfast,... Perfect. The view from the room, the pool and the restaurant is very beautiful. We enjoyed a lot the pool area with jacuzzi, sayna and steam bath. Location is good as well, just a walking distance for beautiful the old town and the numerous restaurant along the river. If you come by car there is an underground parking just across the street, very practical.
This is a really really nice hotel. Superior white glove service. Their spa is excellent, with saunas, pools, massages, etc. They really know how to pamper! Their Michelin recommended restaurant is excellent. The food is carefully and artistically crafted, and delicious to boot. They make wine recommendations to pair with the food that fit perfectly. Will definitely visit again!
An elegant Hotel which has a 5-star superior rating. The breakfast and staff at the breakfast was great. The roooftop bar was also nice, front desk personal and valet parking was friendly and competent. Now for negative points. The biggest minus is the cleaning of the room. At first we had a room which was run down and dusty, we noticed that with the front desk and immediately got a new and better room. Bright side, was that the room was in a better condition but nevertheless dusty and dirty. Next day we notified this and the day after, in total we had to address this every day 2 times. We also had dirty towels, missing amenities and a hair dryer which was sticky and dusty. We got in contact again and we got an replacement which was only slightly less sticky and dirty. For a 5star hotel a no-go. The rooms are in desperate need to be cleaned intensely multiple times until the dust can disappear. We saw it lying everywhere on tables, furniture, glass and flying around in the air until our last day of our 3 nights stay. So I cannot recommend this hotel especially when you expect a 5-star experience. I'm sorry for the rest of the staff that the housekeeping makes the total impression of the hotel unacceptable.
