5 Stars – Unforgettable Hospitality and Warmth We had an amazing experience at InterContinental Dar al Iman Madinah by IHG. The service and hospitality were exceptional from start to finish. All the staff, especially those from Bangladesh, were incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. A special thank you to Yasin, one of the waiters, who went above and beyond for us. When our 8-month-old daughter made a mess, he handled everything with such patience and care—cleaning up and providing everything we needed without hesitation. His calm and kind attitude really stood out and meant a lot to us as parents. We also had the pleasure of meeting hostess Dhay, who was so warm and friendly to our kids. She made us feel truly welcome and told us to reach out to her at any time if we needed anything. That personal touch made our stay even more special. Our children loved the place, and so did we. Without a doubt, this will be the only hotel we choose if we come back to Madinah again. Highly recommended for families looking for genuine care and unforgettable hospitality
