InterContinental Malta by IHG

Our family of 4 recently stayed at the Intercontinental Malta and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ensuring our needs were taken care of. Check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. Although breakfast times can get busy, we were consistently seated quickly. The restaurant staff worked tirelessly to keep the area clean and ready for the next guests, and the wide variety of food always left us satisfied. Our room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a lovely view of the courtyard and outdoor swimming pool. The hotel’s facilities are excellent, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a large gym, and a spa. There are also multiple dining options available on-site. A special thanks to the concierge team, especially Chris and James, for their outstanding assistance. They helped us arrange day trips and dinner reservations, and Chris went above and beyond by ensuring my son was reunited with items he had accidentally left behind after our stay. We highly recommend the Intercontinental Malta to anyone looking to stay in the lively and bustling area of St. Julian's.

Everything at InterContinental Malta was flawless from start to finish. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and very comfortable. All the outlets restaurants, bars, and facilities were top-notch. Every team member we interacted with was professional and friendly, and the service was consistently excellent. Truly a five-star experience. Highly recommended and can’t wait to return!

Great services! The hotel beach and the towels card and idea is amazing. Outdoor pool is fabulous. The breakfast had a lot of choices and services there was also amazing. The amount of activity here is incredible. However there was a lot of problems inside the rooms, like wall outlets not working, glass table was very dirt, leaky bathroom (in the standing shower). Cups and spoon were dirty and used. But overall the hotel was great! Indoor pool was personally wonderful and where I spent most of my time. Even though I only had been here for 2 days..
