One of my life’s best luxury stay that i have ever had. We booked it for 3 days while on our trip of Mauritius. But man it was worth every penny of it! Wonderful deck view, spa with ham-am, jacuzzi, cold dip bath, large swimming pool, pool side bar, huge rooms, sea front gardens, 4 restaurants, more than 15 activities to do! Food was amazing, staff was very courteous, rooms where spacious along with bath tube. Only down side about this property is its distance from the airport and St Louis city. Outside property its mandatory to have to have a vehicle as local transport is none existing. Cabs services take 15-20 mins generally. Also check in is at 2 pm, so please time your visit accordingly. Early flight clients end up sitting at the lobby till afternoon as the hotel is mostly full.

From the moment we arrived, the front office staff made a great impression with their respectful, friendly demeanor. They were attentive and did their best to assist us with all our requests, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The F&B staff were equally impressive—warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, who went above and beyond by setting up the bathtub with foam, creating a relaxing and thoughtful surprise for us. It’s the little details like these that made our stay so memorable. Thank you again for the excellent service. We look forward to returning in the future!
The check in experience was great however over the time we noticed that the staff needed multiple reminders for everything. As we had early checkout we had requested for a wake up call and early morning support staff to help with our luggage, a day before itself. But no one turned up and we had to struggle ourselves to carry luggage all the way till lobby. Food was good but all the restaurants we tried needed almost 40 to 50 minutes to serve food. Service can improve at Senso.
